Terms of use
Plain-language terms for using Neatly.cloud. Last updated: September 27, 2026.
Your work stays yours
You keep all rights to your words, recordings, files and the books you make here. Using Neatly does not give us ownership of your story.
You confirm that what you upload is yours to use, or you have permission to use it.
Cover examples gallery
Book covers you make with our cover tools may be added to our public cover examples gallery to show what Neatly can do. Only the cover image is ever shown — never your words, recordings or files. If you would rather a cover not be shown, email info@neatly.cloud and we will remove it.
The service
Neatly lets you build a book from your words, recordings and files, and download finished products from your account. We aim to keep the service running smoothly, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or that any download will finish without interruption.
Some features are free during our pilot period. Free features may change, move to paid tiers, or be withdrawn as the service grows.
Changes to these terms
These terms are subject to change at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. The current version is always the one published on this page. Continuing to use Neatly after a change means you accept the updated terms, so please check back from time to time.
Account and removal
You are responsible for your account password. If you want a project removed, you can remove it yourself in the classic editor. For account removal or data questions, email info@neatly.cloud.
Payment
No card payment is set up on this site. Finishing help is quoted individually before you decide to pay. Never send payment details inside notes or files.
